One of the greatest innovations aboard the Eagle's Nest has been Gourmet Wednesdays. The concept is to go to an interesting wreck site and enjoy a full five-course gourmet meal during the surface interval between dives. This Eagle's Nest specialty immediately became a huge success and much in demand. Over the years we have served some really great meals. Some of our entrees have included: Rock Cornish Game Hen, Roast Tenderloin of Pork, Chinese Pork Medallions with dipping sauce, and Filet Mignon wrapped in Bacon. Appetizers have consisted of Clams on the Half Shell, Gazpacho Soup, and Shrimp Cocktail. Our desert fare has been just as interesting with ice cream Parfaits, English Truffles, and Tiramisu, just to name a few.

This year our Gourmet Wednesdays will be incorporated with wreck exploration trips. There is nothing better than exploring a new shipwreck and enjoying a fantastic gourmet meal between exploration dives.  On a recent trip, we discovered the wreck of the S/V 108 in 120 feet of water with 25 - 30 feet of visibility. The wreck was great, the meal was phenomenal and all of our divers went home with memories of a spectacular day.

Gourmet Wednesdays are limited to only twelve (12) divers. It is the type of trip you won't want to miss. Book early before someone else gets your spot!
